- Spearheaded frontend development using Next.js and implemented secure access control by integrating Better Auth with a Spring Boot backend.
- Developed backend functionalities including the wishlist and JavaMail notification services, and managed the end-to-end application deployment.
- Drove the software development lifecycle using Jira, actively participating in weekly sprints, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Utilized story points to accurately estimate workload and tracked issue resolution via Jira tickets to prevent scope creep and ensure timely delivery.
- Learning Point : Accurately scoping tasks with Jira story points is critical for maintaining team velocity, especially when coordinating complex features that span both frontend and backend architectures.
